Ethical Approval

The study used publicly available secondary data from Google Trends, anonymized, categorized, and aggregated. No individual identification information, IP address, demographic characteristics, medical records, or biological material was collected; no human participants were contacted or interfered with. Therefore, the study was not a human participant study and did not require ethical committee approval or informed consent. Data were reported only at the community and provincial level; no inferences were made regarding the attribution of low- volume searches to individuals.
